Automatic renewal. Cancel it in your Profile when the purchase was made on the website, or in the Play Store itself when it was made in the Android app
Refunds are offered within 7 days of purchase (Consumer Law)
After 7 days, there is no proportional refund (except in the case of proven technical failure)
Cancellation does not generate an automatic refund for the period already paid
Purchases made in the Android app are billed and refunded by Google Play under the store's policies — request refunds directly there
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content (texts, graphics, logos, icons, source code, algorithms) is the exclusive property of LotAssist or its licensors.
It is prohibited to:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content without authorization
Reverse engineer the algorithms
Use scrapers, bots, or automated tools
Resell or redistribute the service
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
Use the platform for illegal activities
Attempt to access other users' data
Send spam, malware, or viruses
Overload the infrastructure (DDoS attacks)
Violate third-party rights
Make unauthorized commercial use

Maximum liability: Limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
Financial losses resulting from lottery bets
Errors or inaccuracies in the displayed results
Temporary unavailability of the service
Data loss due to technical failures
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
Any dispute will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo - SP, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
